We are usually able to open new accounts in 24hrs or less so by the time your motor arrives for inspection and quotation your account will be live. If for some reason this process is delayed we accept credit card payments or BACS transfer as payment.

ServoLab repair all makes and models of servo motor and can even repair obsolete motors which are no longer supported by the manufacturer.We have developed an in-house capability to test all makes and models of servo and have the ability to repair, replace or refurbish all of the component parts of the servo including all types of feedback device and encoders,bearings, shafts, housing bodies and windings.

ServoLab offer a 2 year warranty as standard on al of our servo motor repairs regardless of the condition of the motor when it arrives with us.  We have a 99.8% reliability rate meaning only 0.2% if the motors we repair are returned to our workshop under warranty , this is around 1 in 500, the rest work first time when returned to service.

Yes, a repaired servo motor is just as efficient as a new motor providing it is repaired correctly , CPM are the first company in Europe to achieve EASA accreditation which means we have undergo an independent audit to certify the quality of our repairs and ensure the correct procedures are followed to ensure effective and efficient motor repairs .

We provide same day collections in an emergency and if requested  will work 24/7 on repairs to get you back up and running. Typically a repair will take 2-3 days as we have a wide range of encoders and bearings in stock.

We offer no fix/no fee quotations , free collection and free delivery. Each servo motor repair is priced individually ( unless you have entered into one of our fixed price contracts),  however with the no fix/no fee quotations and free collection and delivery if you decide to proceed with the repair your motor will be returned without charge.

Cost, a repair can be half the price of a new motor, also in some cases a new motor can be on a significantly longer lead time than a repair which can have a knock on effect on your production.
